Previously called Alibi, Maggie May's opened under the management of Sheffield-based DJ Gary Sinclair in November 2011. Aimed at an older clientele, Maggie May's plays only music from the 1950s - 1980s.

Maggie May's on Trippet Lane in Sheffield city centre is holding 2 live music nights in December.
On Saturday 17th December a Rolling Stones tribute act will play, and on Christmas Eve a Michael Buble tribute will be on stage.
We have added a basic listing for Maggie May's bar at 23 Trippet Lane in Sheffield city centre. The new venue replaced Alibi bar and opened on Friday 18th November 2011.
Maggie May's is owned by Sheffield-based DJ Gary Sinclair and caters for "the more mature clientele". Music policy is limited to 1950s, 1960s, 1970s and 1980s only, with "no current music of any genre" being played.
Maggie May's is set to serve freshly cooked food sourced from local suppliers every day from 11:30AM until 9PM.
