The Angel Inn at Woodhouse is holding a charity jam night on Thursday 28th May from 7:30PM.
The musical event is in aid of The Sheffield Children's Hospital, with a £2 entry fee on the door. There will be a raffle, auction, and free buffet. Children are welcome, too.

I went in on Monday, because I got the day of the karaoke wrong, turns out it's on Sunday afternoon! D'oh! However, I was pleasantly surprised how cheap the beer is, especially seeing as for various reasons I refuse on principle to pay more than £3.60 a pint in ANY pub even in town.
It was a quiet evening, not many in.
Definitely going to budget for the karaoke and the quiz on Sunday, couple of songs on the karaoke, a couple of jars and a quiz sheet, should get change from a tenner.
