Sport Shack, Hillsborough, are celebrating their first birthday.
The site has gone from strength to strength and is now the flagship bar in the trio of Sport Shacks in Sheffield.
Owners Danny Grayson & James Dobson say:
"Sheffield is a fantastic city and this site is really leading the way in small sports bars. People always ask us the secret to our success, this is due to lots of hours, passion and not getting too big too quick."
"Other sites are still in the pipeline, however Sport Shack's ethos is to fund new ventures through income rather than lending, as we have no external debt whatsoever. Too many new ventures borrow money to get up and running. Sport Shack has not done this and this gives massive flexibility to ride out any tough patches without having to service massive loans."
Sport Shack the brand first opened its doors on Ecclesall Road in September 2018 and was the very first "Micro Sports Bar" concept in the UK. This brand has proved to be extremely popular with sports fans and drinkers and offers total coverage of sports with no distractions such as karaokes, quizzes etc...
The future looks bright for the Sport Shack brand and we will be around for many years to come.
