Cosy log fire, live sports, and free pool for students mid-week. We run a monthly reggae night with resident DJs Unitone Sound. In the summer look out for the jerk pan and events outside the pub.

The Hanover pub on Clarke Street just outside Sheffield city centre is under new management. Trevor Peters took over the Hanover a couple of weeks ago and is giving the lounge a refurbishment. Better still, the prices have been reduced!

This is the best pub in Sheffield. Great pint, great landlord and bar staff and the people who go in there are the best people in the world.
The atmosphere is very welcoming and friendly and there is never any trouble. As a girl I can go in there on my own and would feel safe and welcomed. Everyone should try it.
