The Blue Ball has everything you need.

Brilliant Sports Room and nice cosy snug. Large open fire in the winter. Very clean and nicely decorated. Sky TV and lovely hosts in Julie and Chris.

Well worth a visit.

Over the past three years this pub has had plenty of TLC. The landlady, Julie, has introduced two hand-pumps, which dispense a variety of quality beers throughout the year, on top of which all the other usual (well-kept) beers, lagers and ciders are available.

Sports fans don't have to miss a thing as the big screen shows sky sports and Setanta.

One of the best things about this little gem of a pub is the fact that it is a proper drinkers' pub with no ambitions to ever become a food driven outlet. Long may it continue!
