A traditional, cosy, historical pub serving high quality food, six days a week, 12pm - 8pm, every day except Monday. Has real ales, plus a good selection of lagers and ciders on tap.
High quality, very tasty food at reasonable prices. The cheeseboard is famous, and provides a lot of exotic flavoured cheeses. The ice creams are delicious.
The welcome is friendly, and the historical setting is exciting. The pub is located in a hamlet in the scenic Cordwell Valley, with attractive countryside on all sides.
