The Devonshire Arms is a boutique village bar, restaurant and hotel set in picturesque countryside, just 9 miles from the centre of Sheffield.

With seven newly-furnished, individually-styled bedrooms, and a hugely popular restaurant space, The Devonshire Arms truly is the location for all celebrations and getaways.

The Stag restaurant is a bright and spacious dining area and the bar brings together the comfort of a country pub with barista-class coffee, premium beers and ales, a fine selection of wines and champagnes, a premium spirit and gin menu and bespoke cocktails.

The main traditional oak bar is situated in the original 150-year-old gorgeous stone-built 18th century inn, and blends perfectly with new, modern additions.

The large windows allow natural daylight to fill their restaurant, providing picture-perfect views over the hills rolling down to Nether Handley and beyond towards Chesterfield. Our team take great pride in sourcing fresh seasonal and whenever possible local produce and as well as their delicious menus you can also choose a selection of daily specials.

With a newly-built children's playground and ample seating for up to 80 guests, this pub is delightful venue to eat and drink at.

All of our bedrooms offer an escape from the everyday world with glorious countryside views. All feature en-suite bathrooms, cloud-like duvets and pillows, Egyptian cotton linen, free WiFi, flat screen TVs, tea and coffee making facilities, a Illy coffee machine, complimentary toiletries, mini bar, and an Amazon Alexa smart speaker. A delicious breakfast is included in your stay and includes a continental selection together with a hot breakfast menu.
