The Wig & Pen on Campo Lane in the city centre is to receive September's Pub Of The Month award from CAMRA on Tuesday 11th September 2007.

Many would describe the pub as being an excellent bar / restaurant providing great food and drink events. The atmosphere is enjoyable too!

According to CAMRA, the pub recognises that beer produced by local microbreweries actually belongs up there with other high-class food, wine and premium spirits.
