What a great little pub, just on Carlisle Street. I called in after seeing the pub food sign outside, they sell lots of different sandwiches & meals at very low prices.

It was a Thursday & that is meat & potato pie day. What a plate full I got for under £4 & it was home cooked. I would go as far to say that it was the best home made pub pie I have ever had.

The drinks are cheap as well & the staff very polite & accommodating.

I am now definitely calling in again, especially on a Thursday!

In my opinion the best pub in the world. Warmest welcome, great food, good beers, salt of the earth people and the sexiest landlady ever. Wonderful all day through.
