Blues Public House
Blues is an independent Caribbean Bar. It is the only one of its kind in Broomhill and Sheffield. It serves Red Stripe on tap and specialises in cocktails.
Blues has a late night licence at weekends. Blues brings the Caribbean to Broomhill with its exotic cuisine and atmosphere. Blues ha a beer garden and has fortnightly BBQ consisting of Jerk Chicken, vegan skewers, Caribbean-style burgers, BBQ fruit, and many more.
Blues has regular events such as karaoke Tuesdays, salsa lessons, and social Wednesdays, open mic Thursdays. There is a resident weekend DJ as well as Caribbean beach parties, 1005 vinyl events with Trojan Explosion, Motown Night with resident singer Jessica Armstrong, Northern Soul nights.
You don't have to go to the city centre to have a good meal and dance. At Blues "everything under one roof".
Main meals are served until 9PM and then bar snacks are served until half an before closing.
Bar snacks consist of Jamaican homemade patties, spicy chicken wings, jerk chicken pieces, fries, selection of cakes (sweet potatoes, rum, vanilla, and banana).

Excellent night. We enjoyed the food and the music. We were surprised that it wasn't packed. Such a relaxing, safe place. The staff were lovely - greeted with a smile. This will be our regular, forget city centre.

Blues bar has everything you're looking for in a night out in Sheffield. There is a great food choice, chilled and relaxed atmosphere, great music/entertainment choice. The staff are helpful and attentive. Great venue for all ages.

Excellent venue. Made me feel like I was on holiday. The food was perfect. Loved the mutton, and my partner enjoyed the lamb chops. Had a rum punch cocktail. Wow! Surprised this place wasn't packed out.
Will be going often going to try all the menu.
