First time, fish and chips were recommended, you wont be disappointed we were told.

And true to the word, the homemade chips and freshly battered fish were delicious. This is now going to be our weekly treat.

The Roland Arms in Aston was quite run down, but it has now been taken over and all refurbished. When we went in it was clean and bright, all new carpets etc... There was a nice atmosphere.

They are going to be putting on food in the next few weeks so will be going to try that. They are trying to turn the pub around into being as popular as it was years ago.

I'm sure if people go in they will see a huge improvement and friendly management and staff, so well done to the new owners for the big improvement.
